Resolved:

That Vale of White Horse District Council Cabinet:

(a) approves the joint policy (attached as appendix A) ‘Commemorative benches and trees’ with no changes (option A)

(b) delegates authority to the Director of Development and Corporate Landlord, in consultation with the Director of Policy and Programmes and the Director of Legal and Democratic Services to undertake final determinations against the policy and its application.
