refurbishment works contract to Soma Services Ltd at Sparsholt
Sewage Treatment Works.
 
To provide a letter of
intent to Soma to enable them to instruct their sub contractor to
commence with the manufacture of the plant whilst the associated
Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) contract is put in place.
