Decision

1.       To approve the purchase of
a replacement HR solution for the councils.
 
2.       To approve the move of the
capital budget of £50,000 (for implementation) from
provisional to approved programme.
 
3.       To delegate authority to
award the joint contract (including the potential to extend for a
further period of one year) for both councils to the Head of
Corporate Services in consultation with relevant cabinet
members.
