to:
 
(a) approve the Joint Waste
Resources and Street Cleansing Strategy as attached in Appendix
1.
 
(b) delegate to the Head of
Housing and Environment to make any minor changes to future
versions of the strategy in consultation with the Cabinet member
for Environmental Services and Waste.
