To create a budget for £23,103 from
Section 106 contributions (S106) and release funds to the
council’s leisure facilities team to be used towards the
decarbonisation works project (installation of air source heat
pumps and solar photovoltaic (PV) cells) at White Horse Leisure and
Tennis Centre, Audlett Drive, Abingdon, OX14 3PJ, under 75 (b) of
the council’s financial procedure rules.
