Purpose

To approve the procurement of specialist
consulting organisation to provide consulting, advisory and support
services to support the exit of IT from the 5C contract.

Decision

To transfer capital to South Oxfordshire for
them to purchase eighteen new waste and street cleansing vehicles
which will be bought for use in both districts as part of the
shared waste and street cleansing service.
 
Vehicles will be formally purchased by South
Oxfordshire and costs split, and assets owned, under the existing
agreed mechanism.
