To participate in the government funded schemes to provide financial compensation to householders and businesses adversely affected by flooding impacts from storm Henk, between 2 and 12 January 2024. 

The council to make up front payments and reclaim funds from central government (Department for levelling Up, Housing & Communities and Department for Business and Trade)
