To create a budget for £82,166.00 from S106 contributions and release funds, subject to a legal agreement to King Alfred’s Academy for the provision of Sweatbox Community Youth Services at the Crab Hill development site, Wantage and King Alfred’s Academy, Wantage.  Funds to be released, in total as one payment subject to receipt of the signed legal agreement.
