Decision

To create a budget for
£30,859.52 from S106 contributions and release funds, subject
to a written legal agreement, to Wantage Gymnastics Centre for the
provision of Gymnastics Equipment at Unit 13a, Ware Road, White
Horse Business Park, Stanford in the Vale.
Funds to be released,
in total as a single payment, subject to receipt of the signed
legal agreement which is to require the equipment to remain
available for use within a ten mile radius of the development site
for a period of not less than ten years.
