Decision

1.       To delegate
authority to the Head of Development and Corporate Landlord (in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Strategic Partnerships and
Place) to take the necessary decisions and actions to oversee the
UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) investment plan and Rural England
Prosperity Fund (REPF) addendum, including implementing and
administering the schemes and the resulting projects in accordance
with the requirements and priorities of the prospectus, Memorandum
of Understanding (MoU) and allocated funding.
2.       Delegate authority
to the Head of Development and Corporate Landlord (in consultation
with the Cabinet Member for Strategic Partnerships and Place) to
deliver the above-named prosperity funds and to make non-material
changes to the investment plans in consultation with the Head of
Finance / Section 151 Officer, and appropriate cabinet members.
3.       To appoint Cllr Neil
Fawcett to act as Joint Chair of the Local Partnership Group (Joint
group with South Oxfordshire District Council).
4.       To appoint Cllr Paul
Barrow to the Local Partnership Group to represent rural
communities as Food and Farming Champion.
