Decision

To create a budget for
£53,464.45 from two S106 contributions and release funds,
subject to a third-party funding agreement, to Sutton Courtenay
Village Hall Management Trustees for the improvements to Sutton
Courtenay Village Hall facilities project.
 
To agree and enter
into a funding agreement to release the funds to Sutton Courtenay
Village Hall Management Trustees, in total as one payment, subject
to receipt of the signed legal agreement.  S106 funds to be released at the start of the
project.
