Decision

In accordance with the
Constitution’s Finance Procedure Rules, to create a budget
for £41,417.34 taken from S106 contributions, and release
those funds in one payment subject to completion of a third party
funding agreement, to Steventon Parish Council towards bespoke
artist designed seating benches in the village.
