Councillor Humphries declared a
prejudicial interest in application number 6, 2023/4517, on the
grounds that he was a very close neighbour to the applicant. He
added that he would leave the room for the duration of the
item.
 
Councillor White noted that he
was a voluntary member of CREW (a registered Community Benefit
Society providing advice and assistance to promote the use of low
carbon solutions).
