Purpose

To approve variation of the
Original 106 Undertaking as follows:
 
Paragraph 1(b) of Part 1 of
Schedule 3 (Composition of the ICP) of the Original Agreement is
deleted and replaced as follows
 
“The Chairperson shall
have not less than 10 years’ experience in the field
of
 
(i) 
compensation and valuation; or
(ii) 
environmental health; or
(iii) 
relevant law
 
and suitable experience in the
management of major infrastructure projects of compatible scale and
complexity to the Development”.
 
For the avoidance of doubt, the
Original 106 Undertaking shall remain unaltered in all other
respects and shall continue in full force and effect.
 

Decision
