Purpose

1.1. To note the content of
this report, in particular the outturn position, the overall
reserves position and comments in relation to future
outlook;
 
1.2. to approve positive
General Fund revenue budget variations of £2,571,100 in
2025/26 only as detailed in Appendix A; and
 
1.3. to note the reserve
balances outlined in Appendix G and produced in the draft statement
of accounts 2024/25.
