Purpose
(1) To approve the award of a
contract to Balance Support for the provision of a specialist
place-based life skills and wellbeing support services for adults
with a learning disability. This will be for a period of five years
(3+2) from 1st September 2025 to 30th September 2030 at an
estimated cost of £2.079m per annum. The total contract value
is estimated to be £9.680m plus inflation.
(2) To
approve the award of a co terminus lease for 21 Church Lane,
London, SW17 9PW, a complex needs hub in conjunction with the
delivery of the service contract from 01 September 2025. The value
of the lease is £102,000 per annum.
