Purpose

1) 
To approve the award of contract to NEC Software
Solutions UK Limited for the provision of an Off-site resilience
service for benefit processing for a period of five (5) years from
1st August 2025 until 31st July 2030, with
the option to extend for a further two (2) years.
 
2) 
To note, that although this was conducted via a
Joint Procurement exercise, this Officer Delegated Decision
approval is sought in respect of Wandsworth Borough Council only,
and that the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames award is being
dealt with under appropriate governance
processes.
