Purpose

Approve the joint procurement
of Integrated Sexual Health services across the London Boroughs of
Wandsworth, Richmond Upon Thames, Merton and Sutton for an initial
period of 5.5 years commencing 01 October 2026 until 31 March 2032,
with the option of up to a 5-year extension concluding 31 March
2037.
 
Approve Wandsworth’s
estimated total contribution over 10.5 years of £28,752,644
(£2,738,347 per annum) to the estimated total value of
£50,045,867 (£4,766,273 per annum) across all four
boroughs.
 
Approve Wandsworth Council to
act as lead Authority on behalf of itself, Richmond, Merton and
Sutton Councils, with entry into an Inter-Authority Agreement (IAA)
with the other participating authorities for this
purpose.
