The Health and Wellbeing Board agreed the minutes of the meeting held on 4th December 2025 as a correct record. The Board agreed to delegate the sign off and submission of the Neighbourhood Health Plan to the Place Executive (Merton and Wandsworth) NHS South West London Integrated Care Board. The Health and Wellbeing Board noted the outputs of the seminar on health inequalities and learning disabilities and asked officers to consider how to take forward the actions that emerged from the discussion.
