Purpose
(1)
To approve a Direct Call-off of contract, for the
provision of Digital Care technology services and products, to
Alcove, through the G-Cloud 13 Framework for a period of 12 months
from 1st April 2024 until 31st March 2025 with the option to extend
for a further 12 months at a total cost of
£610,800.
(2)
To authorise the Executive Director of Adult Social
Care and Public Health to sign the contract on behalf of the
Council.
