Purpose

To make a Traffic Management Order (TMO) under
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for the introduction of double
yellow lines at the end of Ascalon Street outside Edward Foster
Court and supplementary ‘’KEEP CLEAR’’ road
markings. The measures are being proposed in response to a request
made by the local ward councillor (Shaftesbury & Queenstown
Ward) and residents to prevent obstruction to access to bin stores
located at the end of Ascalon Street.
