Purpose
(1)
To approve the award of a contract to Balance
Support for the
provision of a specialist place-based life skills and wellbeing
support services for adults with a learning disability. This
will be for a period of 12 months, with an option to extend for a
further 6 months from 1st February 2024 to 31st January 2025 at an
estimated cost of £2.0m per annum.
(2) To approve the award of a co terminus
lease for 21 Church Lane, London, SW17 9PW, a complex needs hub in
conjunction with the delivery of the service contract. The value of
the lease is £102,000 per annum.
