Purpose

(1) 
To approve the award of
contract by negotiated procedure to Age UK
Wandsworth (AUKW) for a new preventative service for older
residents - Age Well ‘Central’. The value is
£62,000 per annum plus inflationary uplift (using 70% London Living Wage
and 30% CPI on each anniversary of the contract) and
£299,667 (plus inflationary uplift) over the full term of the
contract, from 1st December 2023 to 30th September 2028. The
contract term is therefore 4 Years 10 months.
 
(2) 
To authorise the Director of Adult Social Care and
Public Health to sign the contract on behalf of the
Council.
