Purpose

Approval to the Council taking a transfer back
from Thames Water of land forming part of King George’s Park
(as shown on the enclosed in the report).

Decision

To grant approval that the Council accepts the
transfer back of the land, which is the subject of compulsory
purchase acquisition by Thames Water pursuant to the exercise of
its compulsory purchase powers as enabled by its Development
Consent Order as outlined in this report.
