Purpose

To establish a VCS Cost-of-Living (COL) Fund
with a budget of up to £450,000, to support the
council’s continuing response to the cost-of-living crisis.
The COL Fund will be made available to support initiatives that
provide vulnerable residents with access to community spaces,
access to affordable, nutritious food and that bolster VCS capacity
in responding to the COL crisis.
