Decision

 
I. 
To approve the award of a contract for the
provision of a School Meals Service for an initial period of five
years from September 2023, with an extension option of up to a
further two years.
 
 
II. 
To authorise the Director of Children Services to
sign the contract on behalf of the Council to the following
successful Tenderer.
