non-pecuniary interest in relation to Enforcement item
2023/0253/ENF (50 Maskelyne Close) as he had raised the item on
behalf of his local residents.
Councillor Belton would not take part in the discussion and would
not vote on the item.
 
Councillor Cooper declared that
she was a member of the London Assembly.
 
Councillor Colclough declared
that he was a ward member for St Mary’s Ward but that he had
no connection to the application in this ward which was presented
before the Committee.
