RESOLVED:
 
(a) Note the intent of the
Executive to establish a cross-party Panel to advise the Executive
on reform of the decision-making arrangements operated by the
Council.
 
(b) Note that if the Executive
propose any constitutional changes arising from the options
provided by the cross-party Panel, these will be brought forward
for consideration by the General Purposes Committee prior to any
consideration by Council.
