RESOLVED: that Council is
recommended  to approve the proposed
alterations to the Article 7 of the Constitution to change the
description of the role of Policy Champions and the process for
their appointment, as set out in paragraph 3 save that the line
‘Policy Champion roles are open to the Councillors on the
Majority Group’ be struck out. (6 votes for, 6 votes against
with the Chair’s casting vote in favour)
