Purpose

 
(1) 
To approve the award of the revised contract for Lot
2 – Alton Road (Wandsworth) to Care-Away Limited trading as
Care Support, as part of a multi Lot contract
covered by the tendering exercise for the provision of Care and
Support in Extra Care Housing, for an initial period of four
years from 1st November 2023 until 31st October 2027 with the
option for extension by two further periods of two years
each.
 
(2) 
This follows a joint procurement exercise undertaken
between the London Borough of Wandsworth and the London Borough of
Richmond Upon Thames.
 
(3) 
The total estimated contract value of Lot 2
comprising of the initial term and the extension option is
£4,328,079.
 
(4) 
To note that this is an amendment to a SO83(A)
(ACH266) approved in February 2022, to reflect that a revised
service contract commencement date is being applied.
