Purpose

To approve the award of a
contract procured via a Request for Quotation to Care-Away Limited
(t/a Care Support) for two years for the provision of a new Extra
Care Service for adults with a learning disability at Forston Apartments, St John’s Hill, at a cost
of £393,000 annually and £786,000 for the two-year
contract term. It is anticipated that the contract will start
within 3 months of the contract being awarded (mid-July
2023).
