Councillor Govindia noted that
his property was in close proximity to one of the application
sites, but that he had not commented or consulted with the
applicant, and that he had been advised by the Council’s
Monitoring Officer that he did not have a prejudicial interest in
the matter.
 
Councillor Humphries declared a
non-registerable interest in Application 9 (2023/0295) - Land to
the rear 43 Southfields Road SW18 1QW, in that he was an occasional
business associate of the applicant, and therefore left the room
for the duration of consideration of that application.
