in relation to the application for Emanuel School (2023/4589) that
his son had previously attended the school.
 
Councillor Govindia declared
for transparency that he was a patient of the existing health
centre and a user of the pharmacy that were on the application site
for the Phase 2 Garratt Lane Regeneration Site application
(2023/4840). He also declared for the Emanuel School application
(2023/4589) that his stepson had also previously attended the
school.
