Decision

The Committee were advised that
whilst the minutes were a correct record of the previous
meeting’s deliberations, there were two corrections which had
been identified after the meeting which had been incorrectly stated
at the meeting in relation to the Phase 2B Springfield Hospital
application (2022/5288) as follows:
1. 
Properties at 9-26 John Hunter Avenue had flat
roofs, but the terrace of properties at numbers 1-8 John Hunter
Avenue had pitched roofs.
2. 
The distance from facing principal elevations of
John Hunter properties to the proposed five storey buildings would
be 50m not 60m.
It was advised that a
correction note would be added to the minutes to clarify the
post-meeting corrections.
 
The minutes of the Planning
Applications Committee meeting held on the 19th March 2024 were confirmed as a
correct record.
