(1)  To approve the award of contract to Hestia for the provision of the community-based open access preventative day support contract for older people - Age Well Roehampton in the London Borough of Wandsworth.  Commencing from 1st October 2024 to 30th September 2028 (3 year+1year allowable extension). The estimated annual value is £57,309 per annum; a total investment of £229,236 over the full term. Contract prices will be subject to an inflationary uplift (70% London Living Wage and 30% CPI).

(2)  To authorise the Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Public Health to sign the contract on behalf of the Council.
