Purpose

(1)  To approve the award of contract to Katherine Low Settlement for the provision of the community-based open access preventative day support contract for older people - Age Well Battersea in the London Borough of Wandsworth.  Commencing from 1st October 2024 to 30th September 2028 (3 year+1year allowable extension). The estimated contract value is £58,549 per annum (plus inflation uplift) with a total investment of an estimated £234,196 over the full term (plus inflationary uplift). Contract prices will increase annually using 70% London Living Wage and 30% CPI.

(2)  To authorise the Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Public Health to sign the contract on behalf of the Council.
