Award of Framework Agreements to Tenderers for
the CWD Homecare packages
Decision
a) Approve the award of contracts for
admittance onto the Framework for the provision of Home and
Community Care for Disabled Children for the 3 Lots:

Lot 1 – Standard
·
Lot 2 – Enhanced
·
Lot 3 – Complex
To the providers as
detailed in the Appendix 1 of this report, for a contract term of 4
years commencing from 1st November 2024.
b)
Authorise the Executive Director of Children’s
Services to sign the framework contracts on behalf of the
Council.
