Resolved –
 

1.     
that Cabinet agrees to procuring a new bikeshare contract to
commence upon the expiry of the existing scheme, subject to
approval of the Council’s budget.

2.      that delegated authority
is granted to the Associate Director of Environment and Communities
in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Sustainability to
agree the procurement strategy, specification, agree the contract
terms and appoint a new service provider.
