1.      that the Business Plan for
2025/26 as produced by LSHIM, as attached at Appendix 1, is
approved.

 

2.      that the delegations to
the Head of Property, as outlined in paragraph 4.5 and also set out
in Appendix 1, are agreed.

 

3.      that the capital
investment detailed within the Business Plan is
approved.

 

4.      that the additional
recommendation set out in the exempt report is agreed.
