Purpose

Business Plan for 2025-2026 for the council's
joint venture partnership with Kier Property at Watford
Riverwell.

Decision

Resolved –

 

1.      that the Watford Health
Campus Partnership LLP Business Plan 2025/26 for Riverwell,
appended to the report, is approved and it is agreed that WBC
representatives on the Partnership and Operations Board of the
Joint Venture can make decisions in accordance with the business
plan.

 

2.      that the progress made at
Watford Riverwell to date in the delivery of key sites is
noted.

 

3.      that the financial
commitments and implications over the period to March 2026 are
approved.
