Objection report - Cassiobury Drive Zone V Extension
December 6, 2023 Parking Lead (Other) Approved View on council websiteFull council record
Purpose
When
the Controlled Parking Zone V was first introduced, the section of
Cassiobury Drive between Langley Way and Bellmount Wood Avenue, was excluded, as residents,
at the time, were against the introduction of the CPZ, within this
specific section.
This
has proved an anomaly in the area, as can be seen by the zone map
in Figure 1, with the area north of the Langley Road/Cassiobury
Drive roundabout being out of zone.
Post consultation
That
the Parking Lead Officer authorises all as described
below:
To note
the objections and comments of support which have been received to

line and sign changes.
To
advise residents by post of the decision to implement the proposals
and provide opportunity for them to apply for permits within a
one-month period prior to the implementation (“go
live”) date.
