To delegate authority to the Chief Operating Officer to make decisions on emergency planning or business continuity.

Decision

The Mayor agreed to the amendment to the Executive Scheme of Delegation, which would be noted for information in the Monitoring Officer’s report to Council on 21 October 2025.
