Purpose

Recommendation to award the Watford Innovation
Hub Operator Contract, subject to agreeing contract terms, to the
preferred bidder following completion of the procurement process
and tender evaluation.

Decision

Resolved –
 

1.         that
CoSpace Group TH Limited is appointed as the Operator for Watford
Innovation Hub, subject to agreeing contract terms.

 

2.         that the
Director of Regeneration and Growth, in consultation with the Chief
Executive and Elected Major (Portfolio Holder for Economy), and
whilst providing regular updates to the Town Hall Quarter Member
Steering Group, is authorised to complete contractual negotiations.
