Purpose

The current Museum Specialist Consultancy
expires on
31.03.26 and to ensure consistency of approach, expertise,
specialist knowledge and design for the new Museum of
Watford an exemption is required. This exemption would be
on the basis of a 21 month contract (from 01.04.26 to
31.12.27) with an option to extend by a further 3 months if
required (01.01.28 to 31.03.28). There is a limited market
for
this expertise and the current provider has been leading on
the overall design and approach for the new high quality
Museum of Watford so to ensure consistency and
exemption is required.
