To consider tender options for the Watford Winter Night Shelter contract.

Decision

Resolved –

1. that the competitive award to New Hope Trust Watford, as the provider of the Winter Night Shelter in Watford is approved.
2. that the contract is awarded for a term of three years, commencing 9th November 2026, with a total contract value of £255,000 (£85,000 per annum).
