1. that the strategic direct award of a contract to Phoenix Software LTD (UK) Limited for the provision of Microsoft Licence Renewal is approved.
2. that the contract is awarded for a term of three years, commencing on 1 October 2026, with a total contract value of £342,042.12 (£114,014.04 per annum) for Watford Borough Council.
3. that Cabinet agrees the Council utilises the NHS - Digital Workplace Solutions 2 Framework Agreement Reference: SBS10510 for this award.
