Purpose

Procurement of a new Framework Agreement for the provision of
specialist consultancy services to support Place Shaping projects
(Highways, Infrastructure Traffic Engineering and Transportation)
available to all ten district/borough councils in Hertfordshire and
the county council.

Decision

The
Executive Director of Place has agreed to let the Place Shaping
Consultancy Framework to the consultants – Systra, Project Centre, Ramboll, Pell Frischmann,
Smart Transport and ADL.
