Purpose

To make a direct award for LAN and WiFi
replacement at Watford and Three Rivers Councils.

Decision

To make a direct award to Aruba as other
vendors could not commit to the delivery time which would cause
significant project delays. The current devices which were
purchased over five years ago were significantly more expensive
compared to the new Aruba devices.
