Purpose

To make a direct award to renew license for
exisiting cloud backup solution.

Decision

To make direct award to European
Electronique/Coolspirit to maintain the cloud backup component of
the existing backup solution called Commvault. This will also
preserve the existing historical cloud backup sets required for
historical restore requests.
