SUMMARY

 

1.1

The purpose of this report is:

 

1.1.1

To
inform the Parking Lead Officer, of need to implement the proposal,
which forms the subject of the above Traffic Regulation Orders
(TROs).
 

1.1.2

To seek
authorisation to publish a “Notice of Proposal” in
relation to the Off-Street Parking Places Order, which relates to a
single bay in the Avenue Car Park

…. where no objections are received or where
objections are subsequently withdrawn “Make” the TRO
and implement the proposal and:

…. where objections are received and not
subsequently withdrawn, report the details of the objections
together with Officer’s recommendations so that further
instructions can be obtained.

To seek
authorisation to carry out statutory consultation through placing
the “Notice of Proposals” on site and publication of
these in the Watford Observer and on the Watford Borough Council
website.

in relation to the parking bay to be used as Car Club Only Parking
Bay, within The Avenue Car Park.

withdrawn, report the details of the objections together with
Officer’s recommendations so that further instructions can be
